While items with binary value types are blocked from being used in triggers they still can be used in calculated item formula and expression macros.

For now this must be blocked by having value cache to return FAIL when trying to add/retrieve binary values.

Since there is a good use case for sending binary data with emails - we will consider this in new ZBXNEXT.
