Catalan definitions for date format are currently wrong, giving something similar to "AM-Jun-Mon 07:53:06" for a date and time

We find definitions like

msgid "Y-m-d"
msgstr "A-M-D"

in the catalan locale definition which are totally wrong and produce these dates.

Attached is a patch that would fix these and we used to fix our install.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy Zabbix 7
2. Set catalan languege on ui
   Result:
   Dates shown in nonsensical formats
   Expected:
   Dates shown in coherent formats, such as YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS (with 24 hour time).
