Zabbix agent 2 hangs when incorrect plugin version is included

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Setup Zabbix agent 2 (master)
      2. Setup any loadable plugin with a different version (used 6.0 mongodb in testing)
      3. Add (include) the plugin into Zabbix agent 2
      4. Start Zabbix agent 2

      Result:
      Zabbix agent 2 hangs without an error or log
      Expected:
      Zabbix agent 2 logs issue into console and exits
