Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Data collection->Maintenance (master)
2. Add new maintenance period:
   1. Add all required fields
   2. In description field add very long text
3. Try to create the maintenance period

Description field does not allow to add such long texts (maxlength parameter is missing for this field).
