Minimum width for UI is considered to be about 1400px. After that the width of middle portion no longer shrinks and remains the same width. Everything above it stretches as wide as the screen is. In prototype views the links to prototypes after breadcrumbs move to next line when width goes below 1541px. So at 1541px everything is one line, but 1540px the links go to next line. There is at least 200px space left there. At least in default English language.
