Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Monitoring->Problems page
2. Select Show->History filter
3. Open time selection filter tab
4. Choose for e.g. 'Last 6 months' option or set custom time period
5. Open 'Home' filter tab and press "Save as" button
6. Select "Override time period selector" checkbox
7. Set custom time period that is differs from the one that is set in time selection filter tab (step #3) and save the filter
8. Check time selector tab value for "Home" filter and custom filter.

Result: Selected time is the same for both tabs.

Expected: I guess in this case selected time for "Home" filter tab shouldn't be changed.

At the same time on release/6.0 selected time value (used in tab) doesn't change at all. E.g.
