Usability of buttons in GUI needed to be improved

      I noticed that different browsers (WinXP) have different response buttons with the mouse over and click (press). Table result:

      IE 8.0 FF 3.6 Opera 10.5 Chrome 4.0 Safari 5.31
      Mouse over - underline show + - - + +
      Mouse press - text down + - + - -

      Maybe it could be improved? As IE8.0 is best IMHO.
