Steps to reproduce:

1. default zabbix installation
2. add dashboard widget "trigger overview"
3. select All and add Tag filtering "scope" "exists" or not-exists. Or contains
4. dashboard shows unfiltered triggers

Result:
See screenshot... tag filtering doesn't work on dashboard

Expected:
See screenshot.... tag filtering works on hosts->triggers
