Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable email media type at Alerts -> Media types
2. Configure the email media type for a user at Users -> Users -> <click the username of the user> -> Media.
3. Disable media type for the user at Alerts -> Media types

Result:

1. Go back to Users -> Users -> <click the username of the user> -> Media. The error message is outdated. The media type configuration moved from Administration to Alerts some time ago and the error message is outdated.

Expected:
The error message does not refer to the Administration menu.

I see the following ways to solve the problem.

• Maybe it would be nice to create a message that does not refer to a specific menu to improve maintainability.
• Also, maybe it is better to refer to Alerts or Alerts -> Media types menu so that the user knows where to search.
