I am experiencing a significant issue after upgrading the Zabbix Agent 2 on my Raspberry Pi 4. Here are the details:

Environment:

• Zabbix Server Version: 6.4.16
• Monitored Device: Raspberry Pi 4
• Operating System on Raspberry Pi: Ubuntu 22.04 (arm64)
• Zabbix Agent 2 Version Before Upgrade: 6.4.15
• Zabbix Agent 2 Version After Upgrade: 6.4.16

Issue: After upgrading the Zabbix Agent 2 from version 6.4.15 to 6.4.16 on my Raspberry Pi 4, I noticed a significant increase in the system load. The load increase is mainly attributed to a high IO wait time, which reached approximately 50% according to the Zabbix monitoring graphs.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

1. Downgraded Zabbix Agent 2 back to version 6.4.15.
2. After the downgrade, the load issue was resolved and the IO wait time returned to normal levels.

It appears that the issue is directly related to the upgrade to Zabbix Agent 2 v6.4.16. No other changes were made to the system during this time frame.

Logs and Graphs: I have attached relevant logs and graphs from Zabbix that illustrate the increase in load and IO wait time during the period when Zabbix Agent 2 v6.4.16 was installed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install Zabbix Agent 2 v6.4.15 on Raspberry Pi 4 with Ubuntu 22.04 (arm64).
2. Monitor the system load and IO wait time.
3. Upgrade Zabbix Agent 2 to v6.4.16.
4. Observe the increased load and IO wait time.
5. Downgrade Zabbix Agent 2 back to v6.4.15.
6. Notice that the load and IO wait time return to normal levels.

Expected Outcome:

The system load and IO wait time should remain stable and not exhibit significant increases after upgrading to Zabbix Agent 2 v6.4.16.

Actual Outcome:

The system load and IO wait time increased significantly after the upgrade.

Please investigate this issue, as it seems to be a regression in Zabbix Agent 2 v6.4.16 affecting the Raspberry Pi 4 with Ubuntu 22.04.
