An admin user cannot see the dashboard number on the Templates page, but can see the presence of a dashboard after opening dashboards.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in with super admin user;
2. Create a Template with a new Template group;
3, Create a User with admin permissions;
4. Create a new User group with permissions for the new template group for the admin user;
5. Log in with the admin user;
6. Create a new dashboard for the template;
7. Open templates.

Actual result:
There is no number of dashboards on the Templates page.

Expected result:
The user can see number of dashboards.
