Incorrect override timeout displayed for Browser item in template

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Create template.
      2) Create item OR item prototype with type - Browser.
      3) Check timeout field.
      Global = 60s.
      4) Change timeout to - Override.
      5) Check timeout field.

      Result:
      Timeout automatically set to 3s

      Expected:
      Timeout field value after switching to override = 60s
