Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a map.
2. Add a host to the map.
3. Add URL to the host.
4. Click on the host on the map.
5. Move cursor over link in context menu (links section).

Result:

Browser does not show target link, because there is no href attribute in "a" tag. Only javascript event.

Expected:

Browser should show target link as in previous Zabbix versions.

Previous behavior is better, because one can see where one will be redirected after clicking the link. It was a quick method to see IP address of a device too.
