CISCO Switch SNMP on zabbix frontend agent is in problem (no snmp response) into shell snmpwalk works great

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Enable monitoring snmp witch cisco IOS SNMP standard template zabbix
      2. Zabbix says on frontend --> Timeout while connecting to "10.30.3.64:161".
      3. In shell with snmpwalk command the switch responds correctly.
