It looks like SSLCALocation is respected only by "Test" button of Frontend. I documented the required steps for getting the frontend "Test" button to work here: ZBXNEXT-9298, but real checks by the server still give "Cannot perform request: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate".

Then I tried moving all new files to /etc/ssl/certs/ and server checks started working. This confirms SSLCALocation is not respected by server.

Nobody verifies their certificates in HTTP agent?
