      Steps to reproduce:

      PS C:\Windows\system32> c:\zabbix\bin\zabbix_agent2.exe --config c:\zabbix\conf\zabbix_agent2.conf --install
zabbix_agent2 [107276]: 'Zabbix Agent 2' installed successfully
PS C:\Windows\system32> c:\zabbix\bin\zabbix_agent2.exe --config c:\zabbix\conf\zabbix_agent2.conf --start
zabbix_agent2 [156856]: 'Zabbix Agent 2' started successfully

      Result: Zabbix agent 2 crashes.
