postgresql upgrade to 1.6 errors on "color" conversion

      postgresql upgrade patch to 1.6 prints an error :

      ERROR: syntax error at or near "change" at character 26
      LINE 1: alter table graphs_items change color color varchar(6) DEFAU...

      the column type & default are not changed.
