ZBXNEXT-8746 change caused issues to easily identify target of the problem (it is possible to identify problem target via tags, but it is not transparent enough and tags are not available in notifications).

Please revert back (as before ZBXNEXT-8746 implementation) by adding back prefixes only for trigger names on all templates.
