Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a template called Template A
2. Add items and triggers to Template A containing Tags
3. Create a Template called Template B and link the new template to Template A
4. Change the tag values on the items and triggers tags in Template B
5. Clone Template B with the new name Template C

Expected:
Any cloned template has the exact same tags as the source of the cloning.

This was tested on Zabbix 6.031 & 6.4.17 with both "Clone" and "Full Clone" and on version 7.0.0 with "Clone", all exhibited the same behaviour.
