Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new dashboard.
2. Create a new widget and set its type to Item value.
3. Configure the widget to display some data.
4. Save the widget and the dashboard.
5. Configure sharing of the dashboard to give another user or group read-only access to the dashboard.
6. Open the dashboard as a user that has such access to the dashboard.

Result:
The item value widget displays "No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!" instead of the given value.
Expected:
The item value widget is displayed exactly the same way as for the creator/owner.
