[7.0.1] check_vcenter_eventlog causes segfault

XMLWordPrintable

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Zabbix Server upgraded from 7.0.0 to 7.0.1 (stable release)
      2. Zabbix Server crashes with segfault (attached to this record)
      3. Logs show function "check_vcenter_eventlog" called before segfault
      4. No other changes made to Zabbix configuration or VCSA infrastructure
      5. Workaround is to disable the vmware.eventlog item.

      Result:
      See attached segfault from zabbix_server.log

      Expected:
check_vcenter_eventlog to not cause a sefault
