Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and import the "Linux by Zabbix agent" template from https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/os/linux?at=refs%2Fheads%2Frelease%2F7.0
2. Open the template and click Clone
3. Enter new template name, like "Linux by Zabbix agent CLONE"
4. See the template list, in this case especially the number of triggers in the templates

Result:

"Linux by Zabbix agent" has 15 triggers

"Linux by Zabbix agent CLONE" has only 13 triggers

Expected:

The cloned template has the same configs as the original template.
