I have around 100 hosts and have configured trigger "depends" from one host to other to reduce amount of notify. I want to received notify only from 5-7 major hosts if something happened. But, I receive a hundreds of notify from all hosts, despite on existing trigger depends.

I have noticed some things, if I use a trigger depend within the same host - it works. But, if I use a trigger depend outside (another host) - it randomly works. For example, it works for host server11, server22, but doesn't work for server33, server44. I have tried to recreate host from bare, but it also has a randomly effect. I have recreated server33 and server44 but only for server33 it became as expected. server44 still send notify for children.

I haven't idea, why it works (doesn't send notify for children) for one host and doesn't work (still send notify for children) for another.

May be, there is something very old in database, because I have been using zabbix from version 1.8 and every time I update to newer version, without fresh install.
