Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an URL to a Map element
2. Try to open the link in a new window by doing either of this things:
   • Ctrl+click on the link
   • Middle-click on the link
   • Right-click on the link then "Open Link in a new Tab/Window"

Result:
Nothing happens. There is no way to open the link in a new window.

Expected:
User should be able to decide if they want to open the link in current window or in a new one, as they are able to with other items of the same menu (Problems, Latest data, Configuration, etc).
