      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Use template: https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/app/zabbix_server?at=refs%2Fheads%2Frelease%2F6.0
      2. See the description:
      {$PROXY.LAST_SEEN.MAX}	The maximum number of seconds that Zabbix proxy has not been seen. 600

      Result:
      No alarms if any Proxy is down, because no logic behind this.

      Expected:
      No confusing settings if some logic is not supported.
