When migrating PostgreSQL database from Patroni cluster
      old cluster version 14.6
OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.8 (Ootpa)
      CPU: 160
      RAM: 2TB
      new cluster version 14.8
      OS: Astra Linux 5.15.0-83-lowlatency #astra1+ci50
      CPU: 160
      RAM: 2TB

      caught the problem:
      1. Server transition from Active to StandBy mode due to performance degradation of database operations
      2. Server transition from StandBy to Active mode due to performance degradation of database operations
      3. ZBX_TCP_WRITE() errors when trying to synchronize the configuration on the zabbix server side
      4. ZBX_TCP_READ() errors when trying to synchronize the configuration on the zabbix proxy side
      5. On the zabbix proxy side:
Process status configuration syncer after unsuccessful synchronization:
[synced config 0 bytes in 600.000755 sec, idle 600 sec]

Unfortunately, this is all the information that we were able to collect
