Steps to reproduce:
- Setup SAML link to Okta as per 12 SAML setup with Okta (zabbix.com)
- I was setting up SCIM in Okta keep getting 500 errors
Result:

Expected:
To be able to setup scim. The SAML works if the users are provisioned manually on zabbix first.
