Replace "service" commands with "systemctl" commands

      In https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/current/en/manual/installation/upgrade/packages/debian_ubuntu there are "service" commands like

      service zabbix-server stop

      which are not usable anymore. Use systemd commands instead:

      systemctl stop zabbix-server
