Steps to reproduce:

1. Link template `PostgreSQL by Zabbix agent 2` to a host `pgdb` installed with PostgreSQL.
2. Navigate to [Monitoring][Latest data]
3. Select host `pgdb` and add tags filter "target Equals postgresql" 
4. Apply

Result:
There is no any item shown on the search result:

Expected:
Should list all the items of the template `PostgreSQL by Zabbix agent 2`

The template has tags, but it's not intuitive enough that the filter in Latest data page can not use those tags for searching.
