The above fix is claimed however the changes only work in 6.4.17 docker tag, other releases did not ever have the fix applied however the pre-release trunks did (which are otherwise incompatible with any supported server version. https://hub.docker.com/r/zabbix/zabbix-proxy-sqlite3

The images have been broken for about 3 months now.
