I want to receive TRAPS from CISCO SW.

All of the configuration done from either sides

1. Cisco Switch is sending the traps because the counter is increasing.
2. The Zabbix server is receiving the traps (as i can see it in TCPDUMP).
3. after checking "service snmptrapd status" its saying "Cannot open [/home/zabbixadmin/tmp/zabbix_traps.tmp]: Permission denied{}

 

i want to receive SNMP TRAPS from a cisco sw. the switch is sending the traps and the zabbix is receiving it (saw it in tcpdump) but the tarp file (/tmp/zabbix_traps.tmp) is having nothing, and when i check the snmpd status is showing cannot open (/tmp/zabbix_traps.tmp): Permission denied
