      • Initial Connection Errors:
        • The Zabbix Agent repeatedly attempted to connect to the Zabbix Proxy but encountered [connection error (POLLER)] errors. These errors indicated a failure to connect to the specified IP address and port (e.g., 10.142.x.x:10051).
        • These connection errors occurred frequently, leading to failures in data uploads and configuration updates.
      • Resource Unavailability Errors:
        • Concurrently, the Zabbix Proxy logs recorded numerous instances of failed to accept an incoming connection errors. The specific error reported was [11] Resource temporarily unavailable, indicating that the Zabbix Proxy was unable to handle incoming connection requests from the Zabbix Agent due to temporarily unavailable resources.
      • Unhandled Exception and Crash:
        • Due to the inability to process incoming connections, the Zabbix Proxy encountered an unhandled exception (Unhanded exception c0000005) and crashed at memory address 0x00000001400141CA. This resulted in the Zabbix Proxy application terminating unexpectedly.
