Microsoft Authenticator MFA not working with SHA-256/SHA-512 hash functions

      When setting up MFA with any hash function other than SHA-1, it does not working with Microsoft Authenticator application.

      More detailed:

      • SHA-1 works as it should
      • SHA-256, it is setup as it should, but when trying to use the MFA, it does not accept the TOTP.
      • SHA-512, it is setup as it should, but when trying to use the MFA, it does not accept the TOTP.
