The page still lists, for example, "agent" entry for Timeout, while in 7.0 we manage "agent" timeout in frontend too

It looks like that global agent's settings in Frontend unconditionally override setting in .conf, so maybe it should not be listed there.

Actually whole description should be reviewed, as Web services and SNMP is also managed in frontend.

So, clarification is needed.
