The version of Zabbix Server being run is 6.0.7.  Zabbix Agent2 is used for physical servers, and Virtual Machines are monitored using VMWare templates.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select hostgroup to enter maintenance
2. Select "No data collection"
3. Activate maintenance period
4. Set period

Result:
Data is not collected for any node, even if it is not in the hostgroup specified in the maintenance period

See attached graph screenshot.  In the screenshot, it has been confirmed that this host is NOT in the hostgroup for the maintenance period 08/28 8:00 until 08/30 9:00.  Not that data are not collected.  Several other metrics were checked, and different hosts were examined.  The results are the same.
Expected:
Data should be collected for any host not in the targeted hostgroup for the maintenance period.
