Connection string macros skipped during renaming in PostgreSQL by Zabbix agent 2 template

      During the work on ZBXNEXT-9418 connection string macros were partially skipped and the old {$PG.CONNSTRING} variant is still present in some keys in template items, which leads to unsupported items due to the absence of that macro in the actual template's macros list.
