Extra decimal places on Y-axes in Graph widget

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a graph widget with time values less than one second on Y-axis
      2. Set units for Y-axis to 'Auto'

      Expected:
        Labels on Y-axis without extra decimal places, as "5 ms", "10 ms" etc.
