Steps to reproduce:

1. Open new item form
2. Select Script or Browser item type
3. Press Test button

Result:
item testing form opens without errors
Expected:
error message "Incorrect value for field "key_": key is empty."

Item testing does not working without a key for Script and Browser items, even if "Script" field is filled in. Get error message "Value was not provided for the preprocessing test."
