Steps to reproduce:
- Upgrade https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/6.0/rhel/8/ zabbix-server-pgsql package from 6.0.33 to 6.0.34.
- All TLS connections start fail with message "support for TLS was not compiled in"
- Downgrading to 6.0.33 resolves issue immediately.
