Steps to reproduce:

1. upgrade VMware template to release/7.0
2. make sure DRS is enabled on the VMware cluster
3. wait for vMotion initiated by DRS
4. expect notification Host: <name> Problem: VM has been restarted (uptime < 10m)

Result:
Zabbix sends false alarms about VM restarting after it has been migrated to another host - see screenshots

Expected:
Zabbix trigger should only work if the actual uptime is less than 10 min
