Set up external vault in Zabbix with some mistakes:
VaultURL==https://vault.zabbix.training:8200
Test the config:
zabbix_server -T
Validating configuration file "/etc/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf"
Validation successful
Restart the server and go enjoy weekend:
systemctl restart zabbix-server Job for zabbix-server.service failed because the service did not take the steps required by its unit configuration. See "systemctl status zabbix-server.service" and "journalctl -xeu zabbix-server.service" for details.
But the server fails with log entry:
10361:20241101:120529.576 cannot initialize database credentials from vault: Cannot perform request: URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL
