Database error when importing template

      This bug occurs when using the pre-zabbix-1.8.3.x-12771.tar.gz snapshot

      After importing a Template I created on a zabbix-1.8.2 instance into a new instance based on a zabbix 1.8.3 snapshot I get the following database error:

      Error in query [INSERT INTO items_applications (itemappid,itemid,applicationid) VALUES (4008,22163,176)] [Duplicate entry '4008' for key 1]

      It seems the mechanism calculating "itemappid" doesn't seem to work properly.
