Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a dashboard with multiple widgets.
2. Create a scheduled report for the new dashboard.
3. Test the new scheduled report.
4. Check pdf in email

This rpoblem was present after Zabbix 7.0.5 upgrade from Zabbix 6.4.19

It seems that the system report does not wait the complete creation of the dashboard before to create the pdf report.
