Zabbix agent 2 '/status' endpoint always shows ListenPort even if passive checks are disabled

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Set 'StatusPort' in Zabbix agent 2 configuration
      2. Set 'Server' to empty or remove server in Zabbix agent 2 configuration (disable passive checks)
      3. Start Zabbix agent 2
      4. Call Zabbix agent 2 /status enpoint

      Result:
      ListenPort is in the answer
      Expected:
      Should mention that passive checks are disabled, and not show the ListenPort if it's not in use
