Clone template removes Vender and version info

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open template which has Vendor and Version info set.
      2. Click clone button
      3. The "new window" does not have vendor and version info shown below description field.
      4. When add is clicked the cloned template doesn't have any version and vendor information.
