Preprocessing, custom on fail, set error to, not visible in problem widget

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Adding a preprocessing on item step with custom on fail: set error to "CUSTERROR"
      2. execute item to trigger Custom error message.
      3. item info shows CUSTERROR flag
      4. Problem not visible in dashboard problems...

      Result:
      screenshots of item/dashboard,.. are attached

      Expected:
      In former (minor) versions the error were visible in dashboard problem widget.
