Fix "GCP by HTTP" template

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Use "GCP by HTTP" template from version 7.0.4 (did not check later versions)
      2. When there's existing MS SQL Cloud instance with Auditing NOT enabled it will make raw data item (and all dependent ones) "Not supported"

      Result:

      item key: 'gcp.cloudsql.instances.get'

      Expected:

      Act in alignment with the following item Descriptions (even these should not be the same):
