Trigger field "Tag for matching" still visible when "OK event generation" set to "None"

      1. Navigate to trigger create/update form;
      2. change field "OK event closes" to "All problems if tag values match" so that "Tag for matching" field is visible;
      3. change "OK event generation" to "None"

      Result: field "Tag for matching" is still visible.
      Expected: field "Tag for matching" is not visible when "OK event generation" is set to "None".
