Cisco Nexus 9000 Series by SNMP is missing precision for temperature sensors

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. We use the template on C9300 series switches with IOS 17
      2. Let the temperature discovery run
      3. Look at the temperature values

      Result:
      23.7 degrees Celsius becomes 237 degrees in readout

      Problem is that the sensor precision is not be taken into account. The attached patch solves the issue.
