Steps to reproduce:

1. I disabled a host two days ago.
2. Today I enabled the host
3. After half an hour, the status availability icon is still grayed out.
4. I manually executed a item and the status availability icon turned green.

Result:
After an hour, there was not a data for the other items.

The host's item continues to be delayed in the queue.
Expected:
When the host is enabled, all items can be automatically collected.
